  • 300 gm button or chestnut mushroom (finely chopped)
  • 2 medium-sized onions (roughly chopped)
  • 400 ml vegetable stock (you can use normal water too)
  • 3-4 cloves of garlic (crushed)
  • 4 tbsp cream
  • Handful of coriander leaves (finely chopped) 

Steps to make the Mushroom Soup

  • Put all the ingredients, onions, mushrooms, garlic, and water into the soup maker, and start the soup maker. Make sure you don’t fill the soup maker above the max fill line.
  • Let the soup machine work its magic. Once the cycle is complete season the soup with pepper and salt and add the cream and give the soup a good stir.
  • Turn on the soup maker once again for a couple of minutes until the cream blends well with all the other ingredients, and you get a creamy soup.
  • Add the coriander leaves and stir again. Serve the soup in a bowl topped with some more coriander and a dollop of cream on top.

  • 3-4 cloves of garlic (pressed)
  • 450 ml water (or vegetable stock)
  • 1 tsp tomato puree

  • After the cycle is complete. Gently mix the soup and season it well with salt and pepper. Taste the soup, and check for sweetness. You can add more sugar or salt as you like.

  • 500 ml chicken stock (you can also use normal water)
  • 3-5 garlic cloves (crushed)
  • 1 lemon (juiced)
  • 100 gm peas (optional)
  • Handful of coriander leaves (finely chopped)
  • 2tbs yoghurt
  • Salt (as per taste) 

Steps to make the Roast Chicken Soup

  • Put the ingredients – water/stock, onions, carrot, and peas into the soup maker and switch on the soup machine. Adjust the setting to ‘chunky soup’ and let the soup maker run a full cycle.
  • After the cycle is complete, add the chicken, and give the soup a good stir.
  • Turn on the soup machine once again for a couple of minutes and let the chicken blend in with the soup and absorb all the flavours.
  • As the chicken is blending in, prepare a mix of yogurt, garlic, and lemon.
  • Transfer the soup to a serving bowl, top it up with the yogurt mix and some coriander and serve.

Ingredients needed for the Leek & Potato soup

  • 225 gm potatoes (peeled and cut into small pieces)
  • 1 large onion (finely sliced)
  • 50 gm butter
  • Handful of coriander leaves (finely chopped)
  • 60 ml milk (boiled)
  • 100 ml cream
  • 400 ml chicken or vegetable stock
  • 4-5 cloves of garlic (finely chopped) 

Steps to make the Leek & Potato soup

Put the stock, potatoes, onions, carrots, and leeks (save some of it) into the soup-making machine and turn it on. Adjust the setting to ‘smooth soup’ and let the machine run a full cycle. 

After the cycle is complete, add the cream and milk and give the soup a good stir. Turn of the machine again for a couple of minutes to let the cream and milk blend. You can adjust the setting to ‘keep warm’. 

Heat the butter in a pan, finely shred the leek, and gently cook it in the butter until it turns soft. 

Serve the soup in a bowl, drizzle with the buttery leek, some more cream, and coriander, and serve. If you want, you can also add some crushed black pepper on top to get that extra zingy flavour.
