Product Warranty Policy
Wipro Appliances products are meticulously designed and engineered to meet the highest standards, ensuring outstanding performance, user-friendliness, and easy installation. If you encounter any issues with your product, we recommend consulting the user manual or utilizing the support resources available on our website. Depending on the product type, you may find downloadable user manuals, FAQs, instructional videos, or access to a support forum.
In the rare event of a product malfunction, our company will arrange for the servicing of your product at no charge, provided that you notify us of the defect during the warranty period and that the product was used as instructed in the user manual (e.g., in its intended environment).
Warranty Terms: The warranty period commences on the date of purchase as indicated on your proof-of-purchase and concludes at the end of the specified period. In cases where proof-of-purchase is lost or the retailer is unknown to us (e.g., an online auction seller), the warranty period is deemed to commence three months from the product's indicated manufacturing date or derived from the serial number. For products lacking production dates or serial numbers, a valid proof-of-purchase is required. Following a repair, firmware upgrade, or replacement, the warranty period continues from the original purchase date.
Exclusions: The warranty does not cover consequential damages. The warranty is void if:
- The proof-of-purchase is altered or illegible.
- The model number, serial number, or production date code on the product is altered, removed, or illegible.
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications are conducted by service organizations or individuals.
- The defect results from excessive use beyond the intended purpose, such as commercial use.
- The defect is caused by product abuse or environmental conditions not in line with the user manual.
- Peripherals, additional equipment, or accessories not recommended in the user manual are connected.
- Damage occurs due to animals, lightning, abnormal voltage, fire, natural disasters, transportation, or water, unless expressly stated in the user manual.
- Normal wear and tear or the replacement of consumable parts, such as vacuum cleaner bags or filter cartridges.
- The product malfunctions because it was not originally designed, manufactured, or approved for use in the country where it is used, particularly in cases of product importation.
1. Purchase & Return
- Products that are damaged or defective in transit will be replaced at no charge.
- Return of the products my be accepted by us in cases where an incorrect or a faulty product has been delivered to the customer.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the returned product
Once Wipro Elato has received and processed your return, they will issue a refund to the original payment method used to purchase the product.
