This Electric kettle is double walled means will not feel hot outside but very hot inside. Made of Stainless steel 304 grade in inside. Cord length is 1/2 meter only. If you need bigger cord than looking for another option. Wide mouth very easy to clean. 2 year warranty with it. On packaging it was written that use it only for Water heating and not any other like making soup or boiling milk. So if u are a hostler and looking for all in one kettle from boiling milk to water to making noodles. Than seriously go for any other product which mentions u can make soup and boil milk. But the use is only for boiling water than go for it. One thing all Indian kettles brands whether it be Havells or Wipro or Any other company are Made in China. So choose accordingly.

Excellent kettle

nice working of kettle,nice design,easy to clean but there are some dent marks observed on the kettle body.Cut marks observed on the Cap lock due to which cap get loose and it get open when the water get boil due to which auto cut off switch does not work.
my request to the buyers,kindly check it physically in a proper manner.Quality is Good but I did not observed the faults initially.
