After sale service is very bad

I bought this iron 8.5.23 now last month it stopped working as the product is in warranty I complain about it
And no one take any action regarding my complain

So after sale service of wipro is very poor

Where is my order?

I have raised a complaint earlier about the non delivery and absence of where abouts and updates of the aforementioned order. No body from Wipro team bothered to give me any updates or feedback. The product is still out there - somewhere. It would be great if you'd please cancel your order.
Horrible experience dealing with Wipro.
